I made these last night, and oh, boy!
This is stupidly easy.
All I did was take two packages of Tandoori Seasoning, mix it with about 3 cups Greek Full Fat Yogurt, and about two good tablespoons of Lemon Juice and 1 Package of Splenda and mixed it right in the Crockpot with a fork until well blended.
I threw in two lbs of Country Style Ribs, slathered the mixture all over them and covered the crock pot and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
Then cook on low for 8 hours.
That's it! Wonderfully tender, aromatic and satisfying.
This would be good served with Saffron Cauli-Rice, with a nice yogurt/garlic sauce.
If you try it-- let me know what you think. :)
*Update.
So the last time I did this, I decided that it was too salty. ( I tend not to eat salt much, so I've become sensitive to it.)
So, the changes I made to this recipe was to use about half the Tandoori Seasoning I used the first time around, and do the mixing in a big bowl, --*then* add to the crockpot.
